Paderborn / November 10th, 2022 – Fischer Panda GmbH a leading independent manufacturer of professional mobile energy systems and the well-known Fischer Panda Generators announces the completion of the acquisition of its longtime distributor and licensee Fischer Panda Generators LLC
which is based in Florida, United States of America. Effective date of closing was 31st of October.
Fischer Panda Generators was founded in 1995. The company became licensee of Fischer Panda Germany. With a team of 37 employees Fischer Panda Generators is serving customers directly but is also maintaining a network of 250 dealers in their market.
Almost one year after the long-term midcap investor SüdBG became a major shareholder of Fischer Panda GmbH, the company now executes this transaction as part of their strategic market development and growth initiative, in full alignment with the shareholder of Fischer Panda Generators LLC.
